10. Only a selected set of devices, tablets, instruments, and/or hardware are compatible with the Company’s products and/or services, including the Application and content. For any instruments not approved by the company or those that could be obtained from a third party but are incompatible with the company’s products and services, the company shall not be required to offer functional products and/or services. The company maintains the right to periodically upgrade the table/category of compatible devices.
11. The Company disclaims all liability for any loss or damage to your tablet or any other hardware, software, or instrument resulting from your use of our products and services, including any loss of data or slowdown in processing speed.
12. You will need to create an account with the Application/Services/Products and register with them in order to access the Services and utilize the Application/Products. Your name, mobile number, email address, residential address, the student’s grade/class, the name of the school, payment information (credit/debit card details, if necessary), and any other information deemed necessary by the application are among the information and details that you will be required to provide.
13. We may ask You to change the password or we may suspend Your account without incurring any liability to the Company, for the length of time we deem necessary in the circumstances, if there is reason to believe that there is a chance that Your account will be misused or there will be a security breach.
14. You understand that using your account depends on outside variables including the availability of internet networks and service providers, and that the Company cannot always guarantee access to the Application.
15.  If you are a minor and would like to use our products or services, your legal guardian or parents who have agreed to these terms must provide such access to you. When a minor makes use of the Application, Website, or Services, it is presumed that he or she has gotten the legal guardian’s or parents’ consent and that they have made the use possible.
