CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
(Effective since 31st January 2023)
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Company’s legal name “INDIGYA INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED” will henceforth be referred to as “INDIGYA”.
1.2 INDIGYA will collect the fees at the time of enrollment from the customers for using the products or services as enlisted in the company’s official website “www.indigya.com” along with the taxes as per the Government of India.
1.3 All payments will be prepaid and collected on behalf of the company’s legal name “INDIGYA INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED” via online/offline mode.
1.4 If you are unhappy with the products or services we have offered, we will refund your money as long as the reasons are valid and can be supported by an investigation. Before making a purchase, please read the fine print as it contains all the information about the services or goods you will be purchasing. Clients are free to cancel their projects and ask for a refund if they are unhappy with our services. Please go through our our cancellation and refund policy given below for various products & services offered by the company.
1.5 Please email us at “operations@indigya.com” if you need to cancel an order. Requests must be submitted no later than seven working days from the registration or sign up date in order to be considered for the refund. For all queries, kindly email us at “operations@indigya.com”.
2. LIVE TUTORING REFUND POLICY
2.1 All payments will be prepaid.
2.2 In case the customer is not satisfied with our services, they can request for a refund for the remaining sessions in the subscribed subscription.
2.3 A marginal processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
2.4 Tax deducted at the time of payment will not be refunded.
2.5 The refund request for already conducted sessions will not be entertained.
3. COURSE REFUND POLICY
3.1 The customers can avail the refund for a particular course within the timeframe as specified in the course.
3.2 No refund requests will be entertained after the specified timeframe as specified in the course description.
3.3 The refund amount can take 5-10 business days to settle in the customer’s account.
3.4 In case the amount is not settled within 10 days of request then the customers can email us at “operations@indigya.com”.
3.5 In the unlikely event when INDIGYA needs to discontinue a course, then the customers who have enrolled in the course within 30 days back from the date of discontinuation will be refunded in full.
